At Texis Jewelry, we use fast and reliable shipping services for all orders within the United States.

  • Flat shipping fee: $7.8 per order

Please note:
We currently do not ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses).


How long will it take to receive my package?

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–8 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly delayed during peak seasons or holidays.


Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, Texis Jewelry only ships within the United States.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure payments via PayPal.

When placing an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction safely using your PayPal account or supported credit/debit cards.

Can I change my order after placing it?

After this timeframe, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

What is the return policy timeframe?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date.

After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted, and no refunds will be issued.


I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
